The British Equestrian Writers Association (BEWA) has changed its name to the British Equestrian Media Association (BEMA) to better reflect its membership and the changing media landscape.
It is with great sadness that we report that Michael Clayton, the former journalist, war reporter and Horse & Hound editor, and life member of BEWA, has died.
Showjumping legend John Whitaker and Britain’s two reigning world champions Lottie Fry and Yasmin Ingham were celebrated by the British Equestrian Writers’ Association (BEWA) at London International Horse Show.
It is with the deepest sadness that I must inform you of Alan Smith's passing.
Alan, as most of you will know, was a founder member of the British Equestrian Writers' Association and a past president.
The Earl of Wessex presented Kit Houghton with the prestigious Geoffrey Cross Memorial Trophy at Windsor in May.
